Care of conditions

Receiving care in the familiarity of your own home has far reaching benefits in improving overall health and well-being.

At Angel Carers we pride ourselves on delivering first-class care for a wide range of medical conditions to enable our clients to live at home with dignity and the right level of support. Our professional carers receive industry-leading training before being placed with a client.

With dementia care our best practice techniques provide reassurance, minimise anxiety and calm behaviours. We enable clients to live at home and reduce the need for anti-psychotic drugs often used in care homes.

Our individually tailored care programmes focus on what is important for the person living with dementia and are delivered with compassion and encouragement by our experienced carers.

Our live-in care service is highly personalised for those living with Parkinson’s or indeed any neural, brain or muscular degenerative disease – such as Huntington’s or Multiple Sclerosis.

We understand that clients want to maintain their independence despite the fluctuating nature of the illness. Our staff are fully trained to respond to the changing medications management and care needs, vital if clients are to remain at home. We provide flexible support with mobility issues, as well as emotional and social encouragement for those wanting to preserve their quality of life.

We all know that home is the best place to recuperate, relearn skills and adapt to any physical limitations after a stroke. At Angel Carers we provide the right care to help speed the healing process whether that be from a stroke or heart attack.

Our carers understand the potential mobility limitations and can provide everything from help with walking to personal care and support for social activities. We can help with medicines and pain management and provide short-term respite care until you get back on your feet, or more long-term care should you need it.

We help people to live with cancer no matter where they are in their journey. Our carers support both the physical and psychological effects and offer the care to cope with the debilitating aftereffects of treatment and enable clients to live a fulfilled, meaningful life at home.

Our person-centred care plans are focused against your specific needs – whether that be personal care, exercise routines or plans that avoid hospital stays and help build well-being. Our friendly, cheerful carers will brighten any day and provide short-term recovery or unrivalled terminal care.

Our professional carers are experienced in facilitating discussions about needs, preferences and wishes for those receiving palliative care. Our team are trained to support those nearing the end-of-life and will effectively monitor symptoms, manage pain and provide daily personal care as needed.

All our staff provide friendly, cheerful support and will help stimulate enjoyment in life and deliver peace of mind that choices will be met.

As we get older mobility issues can severely impact the way we wish to live our life. Physical problems or the aftereffects of elective surgery can result in restricted mobility and frailty.

Our live-in care service is highly personalised to the needs of the individual. Our home assessment helps with expert advice on equipment for you to live safely at home. And our range of services from personal care, medicines management and social activities support aims to give you a better quality of life.
